Creating Your Own Designs

📸: ACPatterns and Nintendo

Are you tired of creating designs on your Switch?? Well you’re in luck! I have found a wonderful website that lets you upload photos or make a design and convert them into QR codes. Below are the step by step instructions on how to do so.

To do this you will also need to download the Nintendo Switch Online App from your Apple or Google Store.

The website I use is https://acpatterns.com/editor

When you go to the website you will see a blank slate. So you can start to create your own design or you can upload an image.
If you want to upload an image go the the bottom right where it says import. Then click where it says “Convert from IMG”
When you click that this box will then pop up. Go ahead and click upload image.
When you upload your photo a small box will pop up. This is where you will crop your image. When you are happy with your image then click next.
Some options will pop up. When you are happy with your image click convert.
This is where things get fun with an image. You can change the colors if you want.
Once you are happy with your image go to the bottom right where it says save. When you hover over it click as QR Code. Once you click QR Code your image will begin to download.
When your image downloads grab your phone and open your Nintendo Online Switch App..
This is the logo of the app in the app store.
Open the app and click on Animal Crossing
Click where it says Designs
Click where it says scan QR code. Pull up the photo you just downloaded and scan the QR code on your computer with your phone.

Now open up Animal Crossing and pull up your Nook Phone

When you open up your Nook Phone click on designs. When you do that on the bottom right you will see it says download. Go ahead and press the + button.
When you press the + button it will then ask you to download. Click download and then it will prompt you to pick a design spot.

Congratulations! You can now create even more designs 😊
