🟒 Quick Thought Spew 🟒

What the heck did I just watch?! I’m sorry, but I am not liking this series. This saddens me greatly because I was SO looking forward to it. I am just not connecting with She-Hulk at all. I am not understanding anything that is going on. I don’t think they are breaking the fourth well smoothly either.Β

I did enjoy that they brought back Wong.

πŸ”΄ Easter Eggs πŸ”΄

Social Media Hate

Where they show all the social media hate that She-Hulk is getting, it is said that those are real comments people have made.

Erasing Memories

For Blonsky’s hearing, Wong thinks Jen wants him to wipe out everyone’s memory. Wong tells her that he says no not again, because it is too messy.Β

I chuckled at this part because we all know this is a reference to the newest Spidey movie.

πŸ”΄ End Credit Scene πŸ”΄

Megan Thee Stallion hires She-Hulk as her new lawyer. To celebrate they both start twerking.

I legit had zero words when I saw this. . . and I still have no words.

πŸ”΄ Summary Spoiler Spew πŸ”΄

In this episode Jen is prepping the whole time for Emil’s parole hearing. Her first task is to get Wong at the hearing so he can tell his side of the story and say that he forced Emil out of prison so he could fight someone. Along with Wong, Jen gets together some people who work at the prison who can speak to Emil’s new character and how he has changed. At the hearing Emil’s seven soul mates come visit him. When Wong is at the hearing tells his side of the story, the parole board bring it to his attention that he has committed a crime.

We actually got to see the seven souls! I thought they were going to be something mysterious that we were going to see towards the end. They are still mysterious, but I thought they were going to be new villains or something. But maybe that is too much to do?

You know, I don’t like how easily the parole board allowed Blonsky out of his cell. He is totally lying! You can see that he is not taking anything seriously.

I LOVE that Wong just bounced when the parole board told him that he committed a crime and he will be under arrest. He pretty much said, nope not today.

Jen is done with the parole hearing and Blonsky has been granted parole. Back at work, Jen’s co-worker takes on of of Jen’s old co-workers, Dennis, from the first episode. Dennis is there because he is suing an Asgardian Elf, Runa. He is suing because she is a shapeshifter and pretended she was the rapper Megan Thee Stallion in order to get money from him. While in court Runa loses the court case.Β

I did not really care for this side story with Dennis. I just don’t see why this was put in. Maybe Runa will be a bigger character later?Β

After the case for Dennis is won, Jen heads home. Jen gets attacked with teenagers who have stolen Asgardian weapons. While attacking her they try to take a sample of her blood.

FINALLY we are getting somewhere. Now I am getting intrigued where this story is going. I could care less for the Asgardian and I am not caring for Blonsky anymore. I was hoping that was going to be a larger role, oh well. I wonder who is wanting Jen’s blood. I can’t wait to find out!
